The lightest supersymmetric (SUSY) particle is a preferred candidate for the cold dark matter of the universe. Accelerator experiments give a lower limit for the mass of the lightest SUSY particle of about 40 GeV. The GLAST properties including a large collection area combined with an excellent energy resolution are important for searches for gamma-ray signals from SUSY dark matter particles annihilation. A large range in SUSY masses and different dark matter halo distributions can be examined.
