We propose a phyisical mechanism of radio eclipses in some binary systems containing millisecond pulsars. We assume that the companion stars are white dwarfs with mega-Gauss surface magnetic fields. Their magnetospheres are permanently infused by the pair plasma of the pulsar MHD wind. Radio waves emitted by the pulsars are strongly damped in this medium due to cyclotron resonance. The continuous, stable and frequency-dependent eclipses result from this process, in a good accordance with observations.
