Cyclotron radiation in cosmic plasma and from active solar regions is studied as well as the radio emission of magnetic Ap stars, cyclotron absorption bands in the optical spectra of magnetic white dwarfs, and cyclotron lines in the spectra of X-ray pulsars and gamma-bursters. The reasons for cyclotron-line formation in X-ray pulsar spectra are given within the framework of simple models of a radiating region. A connection is found between annihilation line generation and cyclotron singularities in an electron-positron plasma appearing in gamma-burst sources on neutron stars.
