Based on microwave and recent laboratory measurements in the millimeter wave region between 85 and 180 GHz, higly precise frequency predictions for an isomer of methylcyanoacetylene, cyanoallene (CH2=C=CH-CN) are reported, with application to the prediction of formation mechanisms. The selected transitions with low k can be excited in warm interstellar clouds, and could be detected if the column density were sufficiently high. A possible interstellar formation mechanism of the various C4H4N(+) isomers is suggested.
