The close binary and Be star CX Dra was studied using high S/N spectra. The observations were performed in three 200 A long spectral regions centered on 4250, 4500, and 6000 A. In all three regions many lines of cool companion of CX Dra were detected. From the spectroscopic orbit of CX Dra we have found: m1 sin-cubed i = 3.14 solar masses, m2 sin-cubed i = 0.75 solar mass, a1 sin-cubed i = 4.54 solar radii, a2 sin-cubed i = 18.98 solar radii and mass ratio q = 0.24. The determination of the secondary orbit is the first such measurement. The observed properties of the secondary component are in agreement with the assumption that CX Dra is an interacting Be binary star.
