Extragalacitc jets show the observational evidence that their spectral energy distribution (SED) has a curved shape. Several scenarios have been proposed in the past to describe this curvature in terms of first order Fermi acceleration mechanism and radiative cooling due to synchrotron and inverse Compton losses or intrinsic absorption.
I will present an alternative scenario to interpret their curved SED shapes, successfully used to describe BL Lac emission, that can be easily adopted in the case of radiogalaxies and GRBs toward a more simple and unique description of extragalacitc jet radiation. I will show how taking into account of the second order Fermi acceleration mechanism will be possible to model the SED of BL Lacs and radiogalaxies over several orders of magnitude on the whole electromagnetic spectrum. In addition, in the case of GRBs, the possibility to simplify the actual scenario being more in agreement with the recent SWIFT and Fermi observations will be also reported.
