Descriptions, positions, and finding charts are presented for 62 apparent emission-line galaxies and 58 QSO candidates. They were detected optically with a 61-cm-aperture Curtis Schmidt telescope in combination with a thin objective prism. This list contains sources to about continuum magnitude 18.5, which are located in the roughly 105-square-degree region of sky with 1950 equatorial coordinates in the range from 1.0 to 2.4 h right ascension and from about -2.5 to +2.5 deg by declination. Information given for each object includes 1950 coordinates, image dimensions from the Palomar Observatory Sky Survey, an estimated continuum magnitude, a redshift estimate when feasible, alternate designations (if they exist) resulting from membership in other compilations, and (for galaxies) a spectral classification which involves compactness, color, and line-strength parameters.
