Calculations have been performed for the spectral properties, and their variations in time, for astrophysical maser radiation from a Keplerian disk. Here, ``clumps'' are a consequence of incorporating turbulent velocities obtained by sampling from a Kolmogorov-like distribution. For plausible values of the rms turbulent velocities, the calculated spectra are similar to the observed spectra of the systemic and high velocity features of the sub-parsec disk at the nucleus of the galaxy NGC 4258.
