Gaunt factors for electrons undergoing free-free transitions in a Coulomb potential have been computed using the methods of Karzas and Latter (1969). Ranges of initial electron energies and photon energies are given in tabular form, and results are presented for Gaunt factors averaged over a Maxell-Boltzmann distribution of initial electron energies and integrated over the photon energy spectrum. The use of scaled variables makes possible application of the data for arbitrary temperature and Coulomb charge.
