In order to solve cosmological problems, many authors have proposed various cosmological models, e.g. chaotic inflation, k-inflation, and vector inflation. While these models would be successful in solving the problems, these models are not supported by fundamental physical theories. At the early stage of the universe, it can be expected that the gravity theory had a hidden symmetry near the plank scale, which Einstein theory of gravity does not. Weyl's gauge gravity is a scale invariant and can naturally introduce scalar and vector bosons. We investigate Weyl's gauge gravity in arbitrary dimensions and apply the early universe. The behaviors of scale factors are demonstrated in 4 and 5-dimensions.
