The contribution of the relic photino to the present mass density parameter of the Universe is calculated by using an approximation proposed by Roszkowski. In order for this density parameter not to exceed the upper bound of Omega(sub gammma, 0)(tilde)h2(Omega(sub gamma, 0)(tilde)h2 less than or equal to 0.9), we conclude that the supersymmetric scalar masses should be smaller than about 800 GeV.
