The author presents quantum charges which could have contributed to galaxy seeding in the early universe, and onset of the expansion field. The evaporation of such charges due to topological modifications (and dissipation of strings) is shown to be related to the onset, in the infinite past, of a singularity which could disappear in the Planckian regime, due to dislocation of the geometry.
