Berman presented elsewhere a law of variation for Hubble's parameter
that yields constant deceleration parameter models of the universe. By
analyzing Einstein, Pryce-Hoyle and Brans-Dicke cosmologies, the authors
derive here the necessary relations in each model, considering a perfect
fluid.
