Limits on the distribution density of primordial black holes with masses less than 10 to the 15th power g are obtained. The existence of initial density perturbations in a standard cosmological model is assumed, and limitations on the amplitude of initial density fluctuations are derived. It is concluded that relict gravitons with a characteristic wavelength of no more than 10 A and a relative energy density (with respect to gamma radiation) of no more than about 0.01 should exist at the present time as a consequence of the evaporation of primordial black holes with masses less than 10 to the 15th power g.
