The theory of a cyclical universe is developed. The main characteristics in each of its cycles are found, permitting a comparison with observational data. The relationship to a steady-state model of the universe is established. A solution of the Friedmann equation with negative masses (an anti-universe) is found. The geometry of the universum as a whole (=universe + anti-universe) is considered.
