We consider discuss the cosmic ray interaction with spherical-symmetrical stellar wind for the case of particle exchange between the regions with stellar wind and without it and for the case when the exchange is absent. The entropy balance for these cases is considered. It is shown that stellar wind inhomogeneties are the source of cosmic ray entropy. In the open system "the stellar wind -- interstellar medium" the transport of entropy takes place due to its stream from the system, so that cosmic ray entropy in stationary stellar wind is conserved. For a close system, the entropy stream equals zero, which leads to its continuous increasing for this case. The entropy increase is accompanied by the energy increase.
