Robinson-Trautman radiative space-times with a positive cosmological constant are studied by analytical methods. They are shown to approach the Schwarzschid-de Sitter solution at large retarded times. Their global structure is analyzed, and it is demonstrated that they represent explicit models exhibiting the cosmic no-hair conjecture and black-hole formation under the presence of gravitational waves.
