Comparison is made among the results of measuring the electric and magnetic fields and the plasma density fluctuations in 0.001 - 0.5 Hz frequency band after traversing shock wave during flyby near Halley's comet. The spectra of electric fields, density, and magnetic field Bz-component are of the same shape and exhibit a peak at 1.329 mHz. The electric-to-magnetic field ratio is proportional to the Alfven velocity, thereby confirming the MHD nature of the examined waves.
