In a previous paper (Chollet & Najid 1992) the quasi-global method of the reduction was presented. A new form of the fundamental formula of astrolabe observation has been given. For the twenty years of observations used here (1962-1982), the values of UT1-UTC and the coordinates x, y of the pole given by the BIH, are used in order to remove the apparent variations of the station coordinates. This allows us to compute the values of the mean longitude and latitude of the astrolabe in the BIH/IERS system. At the same time we obtain the mean residuals which contain the corrections of equatorial coordinates and the proper motion of each observed star. The purpose of this work is to determine the corrections of positions and proper motions of same stars of the fundamental catalog FK4. The use of the classical relation (Guinot & Débarbat 1970) which gives the correction in right ascension and declination for the epoch of observations, and the duration of the campaign, allows us to obtain not only the position corrections but also the corresponding proper motion corrections. The residuals used for this computation are free of personal errors as these parameters are taken into account during the computation of the main unknowns. The use of these corrections improves the precision of the results. For the stars observed during their two transits (Eastern and Western) all the corrections are obtained (Tables 2 and 3). For some stars observed near the greatest digression, only the right ascension and the corresponding proper motions are obtained (Table 4). All these corrections of positions are given for the mean epoch 1971.0 and for the catalog epoch FK4 B1950.0.
