Coordinated magnetograms, distributions of velocity field, current systems and Hα, Hβ observations in NOAA 7321 are analyzed. The authors find that the flares on Oct. 27 were probably caused by the interaction between the inferred horizontal current sheet (or cylinder) along the neutral line and the new emerging current systems. The chromospheric nonthermal electron precipitation suggests that reconnection of magnetic fields could occur at the site of interaction. Energetic electron running along the loop might induce the eruption of the filaments along magnetic neutral line.
