The present examination of the steady-state solution for a laser beam communication system's cooperative spatial tracking component assumes noiselessness for the case of uniform angular motion; the existence of a steady-state solution for the simplified tracking system model is proven using the phase plane analysis. Given a fixed angular rate motion parameter, the maximum initial acquisition error, as well as the steady-state angular pointing error, are determined.
