The spectroscopic binaries HD 102928 and HD 145206 were observed at the Observatoire de Haute-Provence in order to determine their spectrographic orbits. For HD 102928 we obtained the following orbital elements: P = 486.7 d; T=2,442,352.7JD; ω=125°.1; e=0.309; K=13.92km s-1; V0=13.43km s-1; asini=88.6 × 106km; f(m)=0.1l7solar mass, and for HD145206: P=2084.8d; T=2.442,980.9JD; ω =2°.1; e=0.553; K=ll.54km s-1; V0 = -47.69km s-1; asini=275.7 × 106km; f(m)=0.193 solar mass. These two binaries are wide spectroscopic pairs and HD 145206 should be candidate for Speckle Interferornetry resolution using a large telescope. We show that the interferometric companion found by McAlister et al. (1983) at 0".170 of HD 102928 is not the spectroscopic secondary but, probably, a third body in the system.
