Panoramic TV pictures of the Venus surface were first transmitted to earth in 1975 by the Venera-9 and Venera-10 probes. This paper describes the continuation of this TV study, involving the panoramic photography of the Venus surface undertaken by the Venera-13 and Venera-14 probes in 1982. The basic characteristics of the camera are examined, and results of the photometric processing of black and white images are presented. It is shown that the values of contrasts and albedo obtained in 1982 correspond to values obtained as a result of the processing of the first panoramas of the Venus surface in 1975.
