Third-year WMAP data constrains the likelihood function of non-flat ΛCDM models to a degeneracy line in the (ΩM, ΩV) plane. In this work, this data is used to find a fit for the late ISW constraint on dark energy for the coordinate along the CMB geometric degeneracy. The fit is extended to w ≠ -1 models and combined with data from supernovae, large scale structure, and baryon acoustic oscillations to fit for the dark energy equation of state. The late ISW effect gives a weak constraint for models along the degeneracy, and the resulting likelihood function is consistent with the observational data. The combined constraints yield roughly w = -1. This research was funded by the NSF Research Experiences for Undergraduates Program.
