This summary provides an overview of talks presented at this workshop
that are relevant to ground-based gravitational wave detectors (which
are typically sensitive to gravitational wave frequencies in the range 1
- 104 Hz). The subjects of detection/data anaylsis and
sources for ground-based detectors will be discussed in turn.
