The conditionally periodic motions of a satellite in stationary resonant translational-rotational motion in the gravitational field of a triaxial planet is investigated analytically. The formulation and solutions of Zhuravlev and Zlenko (1981 and 1983) and Zlenko (1981) are employed and extended, and solutions are obtained in mixed and orbital elements. The main features of the secular evolutionary type of motion described by the solutions are discussed.
