Technical specifications for a continuous sky survey camera are given. Our goal is to create and make public a continuous digital record of the sky.Progress is discussed on CONCAM 0, a preliminary test implementation involving the Northern sky surrounding the celestial pole. Future implementations may have the ability to detect optical counterparts to gamma-ray bursts.
