A technique has been developed for a computer automatic search for variable stars and emission line galaxies. The method is applied to CCD photometric data. 5 variables were found and 15 emission line galaxies, most of which are compact and nuclear-dominated galaxies. The capabilities of using this technique to search for the variable stars, moving objects, unusual color index objects and emission line objects are discussed.
