The paper presents results of the operational determination of the N(h)
profile of the ionospheric electron density from vertical-sounding
ionograms using the Bazis station and a special-purpose device based on
the Elektronika-60 microcomputer. An example of the calculation of true
height as a function of frequency is presented.
