By processing data on mapping of the northern celestial hemisphere carried out at the National Radio Astronomy Observatory, USA, at 4.85 GHz, a version of the GZ catalog containing 89,974 discrete radio sources with flux density > 20 mJy has been obtained. That list is compared with the catalog of the Zelenchuk sky survey (Z2) and other surveys at various frequencies. The accuracy of the coordinates is estimated and the confusion effect is analyzed for the Z2 survey. Information is obtained on the distribution of spectral indices of a number of surveys relative to the GZ list.
