We present composite spectra for the region of Hβ and nearby FeII blends using a sample of the 450+ brightest SDSS (DR5) quasars within z=0.7. Very high S/N median composite spectra are generated by binning the optical plane FWHM Hβ vs. RFeII = EW (FeII4570blend) / EW (Hβ) of the 4DE1 parameter space. Bins isolate quasars with statistically indistinguishable spectra. The median spectra emphasize differences along the sequence of principal occupation in that plane including: 1) systematically increasing FWHM Hβ, 2) systematically decreasing RFeII. We confirm a previously reported transition from Lorentzian to a double Gaussian profile taking place respectively below and above FWHM (Hβ) = 4000 km/s. This provides further empirical support for the existence of two QSO populations. Additionally, we compare composite/median spectra of Radio-Loud and Radio-Quiet quasars with statistically similar location within 4DE1 optical plane.
