We propose to complete a redshift survey of VLA/Sloan matched galaxies in the SIRTF First Look Survey region-galaxies that have a high probability of being detected by SIRTF. The spectra, which will provide redshifts lie mainly in the range 0 < z < 0.45, will provide the astronomical community with important information about properties of galaxies early in the SIRTF mission. We have already obtained spectra for a substantial part of the main FLS region (July 2002) and the proposed observations will almost double the number of redshifts we will provide to the public as soon as they are available.
