We prove that every complete Einstein (Riemannian or pseudo-Riemannian)
metric $g$ is geodesically rigid: if any other complete metric $\bar g$ has the
same (unparametrized) geodesics with $g$, then the Levi-Civita connections of
$g$ and $\bar g$ coincide.
