A program of astrometric observations of the minor planets included in the HIPPARCOS mission is described. The reduction method, the accuracy reached in each hemisphere, and results are presented. It is shown that the minor planets included in the list of 20 selected minor planets of the Institute for Theoretical Astronomy in Leningrad have accurate ephemerides, but new observations are needed for the other ones.
