We investigate the X-ray variabilities from the Sun, GRB and X-ray binaries. The net X-ray RMS from the Sun shows a linear dependence on the X-ray flux, over a dynamical range of several orders of magnitudes [1]. In many cases, similar X-ray variability is also seen from X-ray binaries [3] and a GRB, albeit within smaller dynamical ranges of flux variations. Such X-ray variabilities may be produced by many X-ray emission nodes inter-connected by large scale magnetic fields. Millisecond variability from a black hole X-ray binary has also been observed sometimes, but the variability can be described by random superposititons of independent millisecond shots.
