We investigate the steady-state solution of a global, MHD model for the solar corona driven by magnetogram data from different observatories. We study the calibration of the different data inputs, as well as the effect on the MHD solution and the magnetic flux at 1AU. We run our model with the same parameters for the same Carrington Rotation and compare the main differences due to the magnetogram type. This study is necessary in order to understand better the use of magnetograms and the potential field approximation as drivers for global models of the solar corona.
