Data on the positions and proper motions presented in the Combined catalog of 520 circumpolar stars (K520) are compared with those of the AGK3, PPM, and CAMC catalogs. Substantial systematic differences between the proper motions in AGK3 and PPM are found. The deviations reach 1 arcsec/century. The K520 catalogue is compiled in the AGK3 system and contains the errors of the latter. For this reason, the K520 catalog has been transformed into the FK5 system (from B1950.0 to J2000.0) and revised by taking into account the K520 minus PPM systematic differences. As a result, the revised K520 catalog is characterized by an accuracy of about 0.2 arcsec/century in proper motions and 0.3 arcsec in positions for epoch 1985. It is shown that the polar zone of the PPM catalog has appreciable systematic differences in regard to CAMC observations (-0.10 +/- 0.01 arcsec in alpha and + 0.07 +/- 0.01 arcsec in delta).
