Proper Motions: Star Catalogues
Scientific paper
Proper motions were derived for 4893 stars in selected areas from combination of source catalogues with galaxies. They were included into the GPM compiled catalogue and compared with the ACT data consistent with the Hipparcos reference system. The results were analysed by the analytical method developed at the Astronomisches Rechen-Institut. The systematic differences of proper motion are found to depend on star position and magnitude, they are less than ±4 mas/yr.
