Faint Object Spectrometer Ultraviolet Spectropolarimetry data of the Algol systems TT Hya and V356 Sgr have been previously presented individually. Here we present a comparison of the two systems and identify the similarities and differences, and examine the implications. Since the two systems are quite different in masses and spectral types, it is not expected that many similarities would exist, yet both systems show intrinsic UV polarization attributed to scattering from circumstellar material. Both systems show that the polarized light has the same wavelength dependence as the primary star, and that polarization is appreciable during primary eclipse, when the primary star is completely hidden from view. The two systems show differences as well, most notably the immense polarization (30%) seen in TT Hya, far too high to be attributable to an extended luminous object, either stellar or disk. Models of the two systems are presented and compared.
