We present the morphology of ULIRGs at redshift 0.9 selected from the COSMOS survey. Observed-frame I-band observations are compared directly to ULIRGs observed in the local universe at B-band as part of the GOALS survey. Resolution and band-matching allow a direct comparison of system size, morphology, and the distribution and luminosity of star-forming complexes.
