We analysed high S/N ratio spectra in the range of λ3970-5730Å taken with 6-m BTA telescope in 2004 and 2005. BTA spectra of V838 Mon and V4332 Sgr have little in common except oxygen-rich abundance of these stars. We identified [Fe II] lines in our spectra of V838 Mon which are seen also in the June 1994 MMT spectrum of V4332 Sgr. The nature of ionization sources is discussed.
