We propose to continue imaging three active infrared dark cloud cores in HCO+(1-0) and N2H+(1-0) at 3mm using CABB. Our preliminary HCO+ ATCA data obtained in H75 configuration, show HCO+(1-0) line emission toward each core. In addition, cores are unresolved in the H75 resolution. We wish to use more extended ATCA configuration to reach the 2'' resolution. We will search for compact protostars and inverse P Cygni profiles that indicate gravitational collapse. Our overall goal is to test the idea that active IRDC cores are in the earliest stage of high mass protostellar evolution.
