Boulet, Gilardoni, Weber, Chermette and Ellinger (BGWCE) reported a
theoretical study of the gas-phase protonation of hydroxylamine. Cacace
and Petris summarises some of their salient results in the comment. They
also discuss other similar work that has previously been published and
compare the results. BGWCE reply to these comments.
