The paper examines a combined algorithm for determining and predicting satellite motion parameters in the case of incomplete information about the motion which can be due to model-coefficient errors and neglected perturbations. The algorithm involves the determination of the reference trajectory on the basis of the least squares method and the estimation of measurement moments using recursive adaptive filtering (AF). The unmodeled accelerations are approximated by a random Gauss-Markov process.
