The application of TV technology to the wide-band spectrophotometry of Io is described. The results of this application are shown to correlate well with measurements carried out by other investigators at wavelengths between 3770 and 7000 A. On November 18, 1974, post-eclipse brightening of Io by a magnitude of 0.09 was observed in the ultraviolet (3770 A) and by a magnitude of 0.08 in the green region of the spectrum (5460 A).
