The integrated color indices of the A, AB, and B families of galaxies of all morphological types are analyzed statistically for colorimetric differences on the basis of Vaucouleurs and Vaucouleurs' (1972) catalog. It is found that the integrated (U-B) indices of barred spirals from SBc to SBm are about 0.08 magnitude lower than those of ordinary spirals from SAc to SAm. No differences are found in the integrated (B-V) indices. Analysis of the distribution of mean (U-B) index by radius shows that the main contribution to the integrated ultraviolet excess of SBc and SBd galaxies originates in the outer regions of these galaxies.
