The damping increment of gravitational waves in ultrarelativistic plasma
is computed on the basis of a relativistic kinetic equation with the
Beliaev-Budker collision integral. The electron-electron, electron-ion,
and ion-ion Coulomb collisions are taken into account; the damping
decrement estimates are made for the cosmological gravitational waves.
