The thin-shock-layer approximation is used to obtain solutions of the
gasdynamic equations for the entire field of flow and interaction of
supersonic stellar winds in binary systems which contain Wolf-Rayet
stars. These solutions make it possible to set exact upper limits on the
X-ray emission in these systems.
