Dark matter annihilation at z 1000 results in detectable effects on the
CMB temperature anisotropy and polarization. Despite the variability of
dark matter models, these effects can be condensed in terms of one or
two parameters, which are partially degenerate with the spectral tilt.
We compute the sensitivity of Planck to these parameters.
