We briefly review the last few years' success in measurements of the 3K CMB emission. “Post COBE” strategy of the Ground-Based small-scale anisotropy is discussed and some details of the next generation experiments with the RATAN-600 radio telescope are given. We predict that many positive results of measurements of the small-scale anisotropy will appear at the very end of this century. About 100 experiments on 3K CMB have been conducted since the discovery of this emission. Ground based and space-based state-of-art observations are very close to mapping the initial inhomogeneities of the Universe at the epoch of recombination. It is shown that only the multi-wavelength approach of the kind we have employed since 1980 can help to subtract the screening backgrounds of noncosmological nature. This approach makes the ground-based observations almost as sensitive as the space-based ones. We describe the state of preparation of the RATAN-600 for new-generation small-scale anisotropy measurements. It shown, that CMB experiments have great importance not only for cosmology, but for general Physics as well.
